From the very beginning of the Christian church Fellowship was considered vitally important in the spiritual growth of the Christian. We try to offer Christian Fellowship in our church and we hope that the family of the church feels the mutual strength that comes through such fellowship.
Please feel free to join us in formal or informal fellowship, especially in Sunday worship
Wednesday Group
In May 1963 a small group of young wives and mothers met with the minister’s wife to discuss the possibility of beginning a "Young Wives Group". A fortnightly pilot programme was organised to start in September and finish at Christmas. It was successful. Today we are called the Wednesday Group with a full and varied programme of speakers, activities and social events planned each year. The group is open to all ladies in the community who wish to join us. We meet fortnightly on Wednesdays at 7.30 p.m.in the Methodist Church coffee lounge

TAGS
The T of Tags actually stands for ‘teenagers’ but the group welcomes any young person who is 11+. We meet on Wednesday evenings between 6.30 and 8.30. Please see the notices to check that the meetings are still on over the summer.
Thursday Coffee Morning
On Thursday mornings throughout the year there is a coffee morning.
Between 10 am and 12 noon you’ll find fellowship, conversation and refreshment.
FELLOWSHIP
The Luncheon Club
The 60+ Luncheon Club meets on the fourth Friday of every month at 12.30 pm in the church. This is a form of outreach where we aim to give a varied meal at a cost of £3.50.
